Village of Glencoe

OBJECTIVE

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. (HLR) provided Phase III construction observation/resident engineering services for the downtown Tudor Court corridor improvements which included removal and replacement of the existing curb and gutter, new storm sewers, milling and resurfacing of both roadways, construction of brick paver sidewalks and crosswalks along with the installation of various streetscape items including retaining walls, decorative lighting, and benches.

Due to the highly visible location of the project, extensive public coordination and communication was required. The project was completed in late fall of 2020 – on time and within budget.
