Jeni serves as HLR’s President and Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than 35 years of transportation engineering and land surveying experience to the firm. A dedicated leader and culture champion, she embodies HLR’s Work Hard | Have Fun | Give Back® philosophy and is committed to fostering an environment where employees thrive both professionally and personally.

Since joining HLR, Jeni has held numerous leadership positions, including Survey Department Manager, Treasurer, and Executive Vice President. Her diverse experience across the organization provides a deep understanding of the firm’s operations, people, and clients. As President and CEO, she oversees the strategic direction, growth, and overall performance of the company.

Jeni provides hands-on leadership that aligns HLR’s daily operations with its long-term vision, mission, values, and business objectives. She is passionate about creating a workplace culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and employee development while maintaining the high standards of service HLR is known for.

Equally important to Jeni is HLR’s commitment to community involvement. She leads the firm’s charitable and volunteer initiatives, helping strengthen the communities where HLR lives and works. From coordinating participation in Adopt-a-Highway programs to supporting local shelters, schools, and nonprofit organizations, Jeni actively champions the firm’s commitment to giving back and making a positive impact beyond the workplace.
