Erica serves as HLR’s Executive Vice President and Environmental Services Manager, bringing more than 30 years of experience in environmental planning, permitting, and compliance for transportation, utility, and development projects. Her extensive expertise and strategic leadership have made her a trusted advisor to clients and a valued resource across the firm.

Throughout her career, Erica has been involved in all aspects of environmental services, helping clients successfully navigate complex regulatory requirements while advancing critical infrastructure and development initiatives. An active participant in professional associations and the environmental engineering community, she has presented on a wide range of environmental topics at local, regional, and national conferences.

As Executive Vice President, Erica also leads HLR’s business development efforts, cultivating strong client relationships and identifying opportunities that support the firm’s continued growth. She is passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders, sharing her knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to help employees achieve their professional goals and strengthen the future of the organization.
