President / Chief Executive Officer

Jeni leads our firm as President / Chief Executive Officer. She brings over 25 years of transportation engineering and land surveying experience to the company and is a champion of our Work Hard | Have Fun | Give Back® culture.

Throughout her career at HLR, Jeni has worn many hats, serving as the Survey Department Manager, Treasurer, and Executive Vice President. In her current role as President / Chief Executive Officer, she is responsible for the growth and performance of the firm.

Jeni provides day-to-day leadership and management that is aligned with our overall strategic vision, culture, philosophy, mission, short-term/long-term goals, and policies. She is passionate about providing a great place to work – where all employees work hard, have fun, and give back.

She is also dedicated to improving and supporting the local communities and leads our community-focused initiatives. From our Adopt-a-Highway participation to donations for local shelters and everything in between, she champions the “give back” effort of HLR.
