CRYSTAL LAKE HIRES HLR

HLR has been awarded another project. The City of Crystal Lake chose our team to lead the Phase I engineering services for the improvements to North Main Street. The City Council chose our firm, one of eight submittals, unanimously.

The project will entail the addition of a traffic signal at the intersection of North Main Street and Route 176, upgrading water and sewer lines, and improving drainage. Main Street is one of the oldest roads in the City, making these updates and reconstruction vital to the safety of local residents. We are confident that the experience and expertise of our staff will allow us to provide these services to Crystal Lake quickly and cost-effectively.

Our Phase I team can’t wait to get started on these improvements!
