ADOPT-A-HIGHWAY 2018
In celebration of Earth Day and National Volunteer Week, employees from Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick’s Elgin office participated in our Adopt-a-Highway clean-up event on Saturday April 21st.
For the past eight years, HLR volunteers have cleaned up over two miles of roadway on Randall Road between Highland and Big Timber, and between McDonald Road and Silver Glen as part of the Kane County Adopt-a-Highway program.
As part of our tradition, our volunteers had a hearty breakfast at a local restaurant before splitting into two groups to improve our community landscape. HLR employees have the opportunity to give back to this event twice a year.
This is one example of how we “Work Hard, Have Fun, and Give Back.” Thank you to all of our amazing volunteers!
