ADOPT-A-HIGHWAY, FALL 2021
Last weekend, Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. (HLR) employees participated in our bi-annual Adopt-A-Highway volunteer event to clean up miles of roadway in Kane County.
On October 16, 2021, HLR crews met for breakfast before zipping up their safety vests and heading out to the sites to participate in our bi-annual Adopt-a-Highway clean-up event in Kane County to give back to our local community and the environment. During this event, HLR volunteers clean up over two miles of County maintained roadway on Randall Road between Highland and Big Timber, and between McDonald Road and Silver Glen as part of the Kane County Adopt-a-Highway Program. Employees also cleaned up Weld Road alongside US-20 across from our Elgin office.
HLR plans to adopt a section of roadway in McHenry County in the near future to continue its support for this important environmental issue. Thank you to all of the amazing volunteers who joined us last weekend to help beautify our community!
