Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick (HLR) is an employee-owned corporation and leading provider of consulting engineering and surveying services to public agencies across Illinois . Building on the foundation laid by Richard Hampton, Robert Lenzini and Herbert Renwick, HLR has built a reputation of expertise, responsive communication and public service, while receiving many awards for outstanding engineering.
