Some of the folks at HLR have spent
their entire careers working in the
transportation arena, including surveying
and signalization.  Some of them have
probably forgotten more about traffic
signals that I'll ever know.  There aren't
that many firms that have that many
people, with that level of expertise, who
are also so accessible.
